oh the adventures of monday....

So today was basically pretty fricken funny. It started in second period, which was kinda ironic because that is when I have fin. lit. So I was in class and this is the conversation that made me laugh...
Teacher: " any news?"
Student 1: " black Friday is this week."
Student 2: " yeah, it sucks."
Teacher: " what does it suck?"
The whole class burst out laughing. The teacher didn't realize what he said. :p For such a boring class, that was pretty funny.

Then the second awesome event of the day happened at work. So we have this cherry flavoring that we use in coke and stuff, but no one really knew where it came from. So me and my friend London decided to find it..... and we did :) I felt like a ninja detective :)

Today was basically amazing :) And p.s. I'm uploading my Sadies pictures tomorrow and I'll put them up here :)

So Sadie Hawkins was the BEST EVER!!! I had the best time I've had in a very long time :) So the picture on the left is how I asked my date, Jake Fairbourn, to Sadie's on Tuesday night, like two weeks ago, the day after Halloween. We had some extra pumpkins, so I put one to good use. Oh heck, it was such a blast going with Alex Dunn and asking our dates. I had to put ribbons on the pumpkin because apparently Jake had like 5 pumpkins on his porch already... so I didn't want it to blend in. We went at like 11 at night, so I felt so ninja!!!

The picture you see on the right is my answer :) Leave it to Jake to totally make my night :) It was like 10:30 and my dad was like " someone knocked and ran away, so I figured it was for you." And it was. And OH MY HECK that pie was sooooo good :) Jake wastes no time at all, he answered back the night after I asked him :) Haha even though his mom made the pie.... and thank you so much, he told me that he still helped :p

Sooooo explanation time.... The theme was Wild Wild West, so we were all in plaid shirts, and some of us had bandanas. I was wearing one for pictures, but I took it off cuz it was purple and I felt like Barney. But I put it back on at the dance. We went to get pictures at a lady in my ward's house, and it was FREEZING!!! But they turned out sooo stinkin cute!! Then we went to Cabela's and did a picture scavenger hunt that Alex's dad put together for us. After that, we went up and did the little shooting range arcade thing they have... and I totally beat Jake at least once... the other time, it didn't keep my score for me. And so after that we went to Thanksgiving Point to waste some time before dinner. I'm pretty sure the employees at the Emporium hate us now... All we did was play with the toys and take silly pictures. But we turned around and there was a security guy watching us... CREEPY!! Anywhoo, so after that we left, and took some pics around Thanksgiving Point's water tower. That's where this picture came from :) Oh goodness, Jake is one of the funniest kids I've ever been on a date with. So then after we left Thanksgiving Point, we went to Zupas for dinner. I am now addicted to that place, it's sooo flippin GOOD!!! Its crazy! I got the Tomato and Basil soup with the Turkey Spinach Artichoke sandwich. It was pretty good :) Jake was all like " well since you haven't been here before, how about we half sandwiches?" So we did, he go the Mushroom soup and the  Pesto sandwich... which i liked TONS better than what I got. And then we went and danced our hearts out at the dance.
So all in all, Sadie's was a success :) I loved the girls in my group, Dani, Alex and Maddy! And I made friends with their dates too!!! Tall Man (the other Jake), and Kaden and Marcos. And I loved every minute of the date and the dance!!!

long time no blog...

oh wow i haven't posted anything for a LONG time!its been wayyyyyy too long for my blog to go un-posted on. So many things have happened!!! Lets see here.... Its already the 1st of November! Well i think that October was a VERY busy month. The 14th was a sad day for PG. We lost the football game to AF. It was SOOOO close, but not for us. I had to take the dreaded ACT on the 22nd.... it was no fun, but you gotta do what you gotta do. And i saw a meteor that night :) SO FRICKIN COOL!!

going to wal mart at like 9:30 at night with your friends ROCKS!! haha we played tag/stay away from the boys :) it was a fun night.


Halloween was so fun too :) Trick or Treating with my friends was a blast!! even though i didn't get much candy, it was fun. And i had to give up FIVE whole pieces of candy to get into a stinkin haunted house thingy in Alli's neighborhood. I frickin screamed bloody murder at one part, there was piano music and it sounded like a radio, then some guy pounded on all the keys and jumped out, and I screamed like none other, and my friend Austin did too :) it was funny :)

and i got acrylic nails for the first time in my life on the 29th :) i love them. i didn't realize how long it would take though, i was there for like an hour and a half. and they cost me $35!!! but they are worth it.... so far :p

and today i'm asking one of my guy friends to Sadie Hawkins.... with a PUMPKIN!!! haha but i can't post how just yet :P
